Storage spaces may be used to store Boats, RV’s, Cars, Trailers, and
hobby/personal items but we DO NOT allow the following uses of your
leased space:

No one sleeping over night |

|
Do not plug ANY household living appliances into the electrical
source, including but not limited to: refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, microwave,
etc... |
The following items ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may not be stored at
Storage and More:

|
Hazardous waste material or hazardous items of any kind |
|
|
Items that produce odors of any kind |
|
|
Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia |
|
|
Stolen Items |
|
|
Living plants or animals |
|
|
Used Tires |
|
|
Firearms |
|
|
Explosives |
Any and all flammable materials
shall be stored in a metal cabinet or locker which Renter shall
provide for himself.NOTE: We also do not allow any item which detrimentally affects
other tenants or the facility or any item deemed inappropriate by
management.
ALL lease fees are due on the FIRST (1st)
of each month. As per your lease agreement, late fees will
apply if rent is not received within five (5) days from due date.
 For your convenience, we
accept MasterCard or VISA for credit or debits.
IF you wish to have your rent charged to your credit card, you must
complete & MUST sign the Credit Card Authorization
